We char red peppers over an open flame and cook them down with ripe tomatoes. The result is sweeter, deeper and a little smokier than the bottle you grew up with.
It uses half the sugar of a standard ketchup and none of the syrups.
How to use it
Everywhere you would use ketchup. It also makes a quick glaze for roasted vegetables.

Tomatoes, charred red peppers, cider vinegar, cane sugar, onion, sea salt, spices.
Pairs with
Fries, burgers, roast potatoes, sausage rolls.
